  • Information from your ID, such as the type, number, and expiration date

When you receive or apply for a benefit

  • Data on your current or former employer.
  • Data on your income, such as the wages you earned.
  • Data on your health status or dismissal, depending on the benefit you apply for.

When you receive support to find work

  • Education you have completed.
  • Data on your rehabilitation activities and job applications.
  • Data on your UWV registration and the end date.

When you are being assessed by a doctor or occupational consultant

  • Data on your current or former employer and the work you performed.
  • Data on your income, such as the wages you earned.
  • Data on your health status.

When you receive or apply for an allowance

  • Whether you have a partner and/or children or a housemate.
  • Data on your benefits.
  • Income received by you and/or your partner or housemate.

When you lodge a complaint or objection

  • Data on your benefits.
  • Whether you comply with the obligations associated with your benefit.
  • Whether a penalty or temporary reduction of your benefit was imposed on you.

When you are subjected to a UWV inspection

  • Data on your income, such as the wages you earned.
  • Data on your partner or housemates.
  • Whether you comply with the obligations associated with your benefit.

When you contact UWV

  • Your IP address (in the case of online services, such as the chat functionality, in MS Teams and messages in the Werkmap and in Mijn UWV).

  • Voluntary insurance applications.
  • Continued payment of wages in case of liquidation.
  • UWV benefit entitlement database.
