Reporting changes for employees receiving a sickness benefit
If your employee is receiving a sickness benefit (‘Ziektewet-uitkering’), you will need to inform us of any changes in their circumstances.
To report a change in your employee’s circumstances, complete the Change of Circumstances form for employees receiving a sickness benefit (‘Doorgeven Wijzigingen werknemers met Ziektewet- of Wazo-uitkering’). You will need to log in to the employer portal with your EH3 level eHerkenning account to do this.
Keep in mind that when reporting your employee’s return to work, either partially or fully, you will need to use the ‘Report an absence’ feature on the employer portal. Alternatively, if you are a Digipoort user, you can notify us of your employee’s return to work through your own HR administration system, which is directly linked to our system. Make sure you do this within 2 days of your employee returning to work.
