Requesting Form PD U1
For claiming unemployment benefits abroad.
You need the following data when completing the application form:
- your citizen service number
- the address details of your most recent employer
You can submit the application form starting 4 weeks before the end of your employment. Form PD U1 will be sent to your home address within 6 to 8 weeks.
