Report sick to your employer as soon as possible. Your employer will continue paying your wages during your period of illness.

You have previously reported sick to your employer. Your employer will report you sick to UWV on the last day of your employment. You will receive a sickness benefit from the time your employment ends.

Report sick to your temporary employment agency. Do so no later than on the second sick day. 2 possible situations exist:

  1. Your contract contains a temporary employment clause ("uitzendbeding"). In this case, your employment ends. Your temporary employment agency will report you sick to UWV. UWV will assess whether you qualify for a sickness benefit.
  2. Your contract does not contain a temporary employment clause ("uitzendbeding"). In this case, the temporary employment agency will continue paying your wages during your period of illness.

Report sick to your employer. Do so no later than on the second sick day. If you become ill during the agreed on-call period, your employer will continue paying your wages until the end of this period. Your employer will report you sick to UWV on the last day of your on-call contract. UWV will assess whether you qualify for a sickness benefit.

Report sick to UWV. Do so no later than on the second sick day by calling the UWV telephone number for employees.

Report sick to UWV. Do so no later than on the second sick day by calling the UWV Employee Helpline.

Report sick to UWV. Do so no later than on the second sick day via "Mijn UWV". You will qualify for a sickness benefit if you have been ill for 13 weeks, or when your entitlement to benefits ends under the Unemployment Insurance Act, if this occurs sooner.

Report sick to UWV. Do so no later than on the second sick day. If you received an unemployment benefit, you report sick via "Mijn UWV". If you received a sickness benefit, you report sick by calling the UWV Employee Helpline.
