At the moment you are receiving your benefit payments from your employer or former employer, however UWV will soon take over this process.
When you complete your payment details, you can choose to whom you want the payment to be made to. We can transfer your benefit directly to you or, if you prefer to receive your benefit in the same way as you do now, we can transfer them to your employer or former employer.
In order for us to transfer your benefit, you must provide us with the payment details of the bank account to which you want your benefit to be paid. Log onto Mijn UWV using your DigiD account or a valid European login method, and fill in the online form.
When you fill in the form you will be asked for the following details:
- your citizen service number (BSN)
- the bank account name
- the bank account number
We will confirm that we have received your form within 4 weeks.
