If you are an individual and want to send us a message, how to contact us depends on your question:
- If your question is about a benefit or an application you have submitted, please use ‘Mijn berichten’ (My messages) on Mijn UWV.
- If you have a question about finding work, please use ‘Mijn Werkmapberichten’ (My Work Folder messages) on Mijn UWV or ‘Berichten’ (Messages) in the Work Folder.
If you are an employer and want to send us a message, please log in to the employer portal (‘werkgeversportaal’) with your eHerkenning account and send your question via ‘Uw berichten’ (Your messages). This secure environment protects your sensitive personal data.
The administrator of an employer account in the employer portal has access to all services, including ‘Uw berichten’ (Your messages). If someone else needs to use ‘Uw berichten’ on behalf of the employer, they must get authorisation from the administrator first.
